HOW TO SELL

BRING IN YOUR ITEMS

Drop off anytime — no appointment necessary! You're welcome to bring up to three large bags or boxes per day. Please note: we kindly ask that you avoid using luggage, storage bins, or hangers and that all items are clean.

BUYER ASSESMENT

One of our buyers will carefully review your items and determine which pieces we can accept. If we agree on pricing, we’ll move forward with the intake. If we’re unable to reach an agreement, the items will be returned to you.

SELLING OPTIONS

At this stage, the buyer will offer you either consignment or trade credit for your items. Must be 18+ with ID to sell. See below for more details on our selling options.

SELLING OPTIONS

CONSIGNMENT

Sell your items on consignment — it’s simple and seamless. We take a 35% commission from the final sale price, and select items may even be listed online at no additional cost. Payouts are sent directly to you via direct deposit.

INSTANT CASH

Looking to turn your items into same-day cash? Our buyer may be able to offer you up to 20% in instant cash based on the retail selling price of your items, so stop by and see what your items could be worth today.

TRADE

Trade your items for store credit and get instant store credit to spend. Receive up to 40% of the item’s selling price as store credit — and the best part? It never expires.

DONATE

You can choose to donate your items to us. Some donated items may be sold in-store, with 50% of the proceeds benefiting a local charity. Items that aren’t sold will be donated directly to a local charitable organization.

TIPS FOR SELLING

  • Make sure everything is freshly washed, lint-free, in good condition, and folded or neatly packed. We are more likely to accept items that look appealing and require no extra prep.

  • Our store looks for on-trend items that are in season. For example, bring spring/summer clothes in spring, and fall/winter clothes in fall. Trendy, vintage, name-brand, or unique pieces tend to do best.

  • It's better to bring a curated selection of great-condition items than a huge mix of outdated or over worn clothing. If you are unsure then definitely bring it in and a buyer will take a look.

  • Use bags or boxes (not bins, suitcases, or hangers). Label your bags if you’re bringing multiple to stay organized. No loose items, everything must be in a bag or box.

  • Buyers are trained to choose items based on store demand and condition. Don’t take it personally if something isn’t accepted—different stores have different needs.
